The company commenced its operations by establishing and launching an aggregate and ready-mix concrete production facility located at Kilometer 10 of the Kermanshah–Tehran Highway, initiating its activities in the production of ready-mix concrete and precast concrete components. Throughout its years of operation, the company has successfully executed numerous prominent national-level projects.

During these years, the company has also obtained operational licenses for aggregate (sand and gravel) mining and ready-mix concrete production, as well as authorization to establish a manufacturing unit for Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) panel systems from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.
