West Concrete Structures was established in 1991 with the objective of creating a cohesive and scalable organizational framework to contribute to the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and modernization of civil infrastructure in western Iran. The company commenced its operations by establishing a production facility for aggregates, ready-mix concrete, and precast concrete elements on the eastern side of Kermanshah.

In 1995, the company secured its first major construction contract for the development of the Kermanshah Freight Terminal complex over a 40-hectare site. This was followed by numerous significant projects, including the construction of the departure terminal of Kermanshah Airport and its associated site development works across 18 hectares, as well as water supply projects and mass housing developments, notably the construction of 80 residential units within the Sajjadieh Mehr Housing Development site.

In line with its strategic objective to adopt modern construction technologies, the company conducted extensive studies between 2007 and 2010 in the field of innovative building systems. Subsequently, an agreement was concluded with a Belgian company to attract investment and establish a manufacturing plant for Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) panels. Utilizing the expertise gained through this collaboration, the 80-unit Sajjadieh housing project was successfully executed using the ICF system.

Beyond production and construction activities, West Concrete Structures has been actively engaged in market feasibility studies, project design, and investment project development. Notable initiatives in this area include VR-based commercial, educational, and entertainment centers (Virtual and Augmented Reality platforms), the Kermanshah City Center project, Milad Commercial Complex, Khatam Residential/Commercial Project, and the Qasr-e Shirin Border Market development, among others.

Building upon its valuable experience, skilled personnel, and available resources, the company is presently fully prepared to provide comprehensive services in design, structural strengthening, and the execution of diverse civil engineering and construction projects, serving both the public and governmental sectors—particularly within the western region of Iran.
